AltCap believes in forming partnerships with the many professionals who regularly engage with our network. Because these relationships are so important to us, we have developed the following membership program which rewards Members who generate increasing closed deal activity.

While we offer fee sharing with all of our referral partners, it is only our Members who enjoy participating in a rising fee sharing environment that is linked directly to their productivity.

Types Of Memberships

Affiliate: An Affiliate is a professional who has access to our network and enjoys limited rising fee sharing benefits (up to 50%) and the ability to build a team to earn passive income. This individual works outside the AltCap brand and is a regular referrer of clients and potential Members to our network. Affiliates may obtain optional fee-based access to our CRM and customized links to our deal request forms. There is no initial set-up fee for Affiliates unless the Affiliate desires access to our CRM.

Associate: An Associate is professional who works within the AltCap brand and while enjoying more rising fee sharing benefits (up to 65%) and the ability to build a team to earn passive income, does not typically act as the point person on deals. Access to our CRM is mandatory and requires a monthly financial commitment of $30. The initial set-up fee of $100 is collected at registration and includes first 3 months of CRM access, email address and access to customizable marketing materials.

Managing Director: A Managing Director is typically a Team Leader and point person on deals and enjoys total access to rising fee sharing benefits (up to 75%) and the ability to build a team to earn passive income, additionally – these individuals enjoy team spread commission. Access to our CRM is mandatory and requires a monthly financial commitment of $30. The initial set-up fee of $100 is collected at registration and includes first 3 months CRM access, email address and access to customizable marketing materials.

Every Member can build a team through introducing new Members to our network. Subsequently, all Members have the ability to participate in fee sharing resulting from their team’s productivity (both direct and indirect). Membership is not required to access our platform. Some individuals or groups may (for various reasons) not be in a position to join as a Member. These individuals are classified as Referral Partners and fee sharing arrangements with these individuals are established on a case-by-case basis.

Issues for Commercial Bankers

  • Current regulatory environment jeopardizes retention of commercial relationships
  • Difficult to retain existing commercial deposit clients when they are declined for credit
  • Lack of non-competing resources for alternative commercial lending solutions
  • Lack of time to network and find a suitable alternative lending source that won’t attempt to poach the entire commercial relationship

Issues for Commercial Brokers

  • Small or limited network resulting in missed opportunities to get deals funded and increase income
  • Wasted time spent discussing specific opportunities with potential sources that aren’t ultimately interested in participation
